Interesting about crayfish…. I am assuming none of this is published yet?
I’m not certain whether Jenn Evans used mouse or rat, but I’m assuming mouse since their lab uses them for other experiments. It was definitely in vitro. They have this cool 3D microscope that can assess the phase of many regions of the SCN and determine which regions “lag” behind others, or advance.
